OBJECTIVE I am seeking a career as an electronics technician, I’d like to join a company who can utilize the skills and knowledge that I have acquired in the past 21 years. My experience has been in testing and troubleshooting at all levels of test such as: In circuit test, functional test, system test, including the testing of optical related electronics. SKILL SUMMARY I have over 17 years experience in the Electronics field of testing, analyzing and troubleshooting. 12 years in the military environment and 3 years in the telecommunication environment.

EXPERIENCE 6/2002-8/2002 A-Plus Manufacturing North Andover, MA Spin off of Lucent Technologies Tester Analyst Responsibilities included testing, analyzing and troubleshooting all productsassociated with 400G. 400G packs consisted of 3 printed circuit boards connected together, one of which fiber optics were connected from the receiver or transmitter to a front plate where fiber optic cables from the test station were connected enabling the performance of the test and the connection for the costumer. Many times while analyzing these printed circuit boards, I often found that the fiber optic cables on the boards became dirty and sometimes broken from being handled through the processes. The position required extensive support and collaboration with management and engineering.
5/1999-6/2002Lucent TechnologiesNorth Andover, MA Test Support Specialist Performed testing, analyzing and clearing test program difficulties on all products and systems at all levels of complexity including fiber optics. It alsorequired testing the compatibility of new programs with existing programs. Test included sample and tryout of new test procedure. Analysis included proving in new test processes and methodology, and also making recommendations for improvement. The job required extensive support and collaboration with management andEngineering. Oscilloscopes, meters and high speed probes which were required to check the signals in or out of the DAC. The fiber optic cables were checked by sending a light through the fiber. At the system level I was required to run the system software and return the packs that didn’t function properly.
11/1994-5/1999Simco CorporationChelmsford, MA Metrologist My duties were to calibrate, troubleshoot, repair and adjust equipment within specifications on several different kinds of test equipment. Most of them were DMM, oscilloscopes, power meters, signal and function generators and some RF equipment as well. I did a lot of on-site calibration and I also interacted with the customers. Some of my responsibilities were to make sure that the costumer’s equipment was completed and to give him data sheets including specifications.
12/1981-12/1994 Raytheon Co. Andover, MA Electronic Technician For three years I assembled printed wiring boards and repaired them according to MRB specifications. I performed test and adjustment on RF part of the missile and for the last nine years I calibrated, troubleshot and repaired test equipment which included oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal and function generators, power meters, power supplies and digital temperature meters.
02/2004-Now Brooks Automation Chelmsford, MA Electro Mechanical Assembler and tester. Contracting through the Davis Companies for the past nine months, I have done mechanical assembly on the Aero-loader Gen4 along with the testing of the gripper. I am able to build the entire unit using the schematics, calipers and torque screw drivers including different types of screws, washers, lock washers and Loctite. I also trained co-workers. Recently, I was certified in the training of Aero-track 200/300 MM Operations, Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
