North Country Animal League, a “limited access” non-profit humane society, is seeking an Executive Director with a proven track record in fundraising, donor stewardship, broad operational management, strategic planning, financial oversight, and public speaking. This 6,000 square foot state-of-the-art shelter in Lamoille County, Vermont, with a yearly adoption rate of 800 plus companion animals, requires a dynamic person to lead an exceptional, team-oriented staff, and oversee an annual operational budget of $500,000.
