Description
Gosnold seeks a Director of the Miller House, a 33 bed recovery home program for men. Responsibilities include program and administrative oversight; the delivery of services in accordance with established polices and procedures, staff supervision, and monitoring of the physical environment in accordance with JCAHO standards.
The successful candidate must have experience in the management of residential addiction programs; demonstrated ability to supervise and provide support to staff; ability to assess, plan and implement program operations; and knowledge of regulations affecting service delivery.
At least five years of progressively responsible addiction treatment experience is required. Related degree preferred.
