Gosnold, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate who can lead our organization in the continuing expansion of our internal IT systems and infrastructure, taking Gosnold to the next level of efficient and effective IT systems. The successful candidate will be implementation lead and system champion for the functional and user expansion of our internal electronic medical record, clinical and financial management system. As a member of the senior management team, the Director of IT will be responsible for aligning the IT function with the overall organization's goals, objectives, budgets and client care orientation. The clinical and financial management system supports users and operations functions including referral, registration, scheduling, assessments, treatment planning, authorizations, services recording, billing and accounts receivable, quality management and outcomes monitoring. Specific experience with this type of application in a medical or behavioral health setting is a requirement. The IT infrastructure is Windows and SQL based built on high value mix of internally deployed and outsourced resources. Here too, specific experience with these technologies and with 3rd party vendor management is a reqiurement.
